In the years that follow, the product range is continuously expanded. New markets are developed. Klaus Dahleke, a company well-established in the rubber, natural rubber and plastic sector with softeners on a mineral oil basis, is taken over and the expansion of the TUDALEN brand continues to be advanced. 

The subsidiary very quickly also gains further competence as a partner and supplier for the technical printing ink and chemical, particularly natural rubber and tire industry.

The VIVATEC brand has also belonged to the portfolio since 2004 and, via the global companies of the H&R Group brought together under H&R International, the expansion of the international process oil business has consistently advanced, with reference to the decades of successful activities of Klaus Dahleke.

The dynamic development of national and international market events was taken into account by founding the H&R Wax & Specialties in 2016.

The continuous growth of paraffins and waxes made a strengthening and focussing of the marketing base necessary. This positive development in paraffin specialities and wax-based products is also expected in the future.
Production continues in the oldest (1860) productive and, at the same time, state of the art H&R ChemPharm GmbH, Salzbergen – known for decades for its consistently high quality standards and specialities in the mineral oil sector. The partner refinery H&R ChemPharm, currently the most state of the art lubricant refinery in Europe, has belonged to the H&R corporate group since 1994. It has been responsible for an ever-increasing part of primary production since then. 
This provides a reliable basis for the creation of high-quality mineral oil products such as medical and technical white oils, light and dark softeners, ink solvents, paraffins and numerous industrial lubricants.

H&R Ölwerke Schindler GmbH runs a special refinery in Hamburg. The refinery was established in 1920 as a plant for producing base oils, high-quality special oils for the turbine and automobile industry as well as white oils.

Amongst other things, the plant is also responsible for the operation of the rubber R&D laboratory which is so important for the further development of our modern TUDALEN and VIVATEC process oils.
